Answer : We freight nationwide, it is always cheaper to freight to a business address with a forklift so this is preferable. However, we can freight to a residential address for an additional fee. We can also arrange for it to be delivered to the nearest depot where you can collect it from.

FAQ 6 Do you offer freight insurance? Yes!

Typically, a freight company will not cover an item damaged during transit.
This is why we offer our own “no-risk” insurance cover for all products sent by Utemaster. This means that if a product is damaged by the freight company we will be able to lodge a claim.
Please note: For the Freight company to cover the damage costs, the customer/receiver can not have signed for the goods as being delivered without damage. Please make sure to check the package thoroughly before signing.
